Keyboard Keys For Visual Studio Community 2017 ?

I am facing problem, with visual studio community 2017 , unable to inspect element like generally we do with F12 key , debugging step by step with F10 , F11 key , checking namespace or function definition with F12 key and keeping debugger with F9 key , i am unable to do the above tasks with that keys , can anyone guide me.

is there any problem with visual studio community 2017 ?
