Language Conversion in asp.Net web form

Question

I have Two textbox and A Dropdown list in which textbox1 i am adding some text and when selecting A Language from Dropdownlist for ex:tamil the text should be converted to tamil and should be displayed in textbox 2..I need to do it in webform in asp.net..Please Help Me
