Language translation other than English

Question

Hi Team I have an idea kind like of a prototype, Is it possible to teach programming other than english? If so are there any web application sample that does this either in Java, Angular/TypeScript, C#, Django? Reason being i know google has some local API for translation esp in SA, but i want to write a web based that can does this.

Ok make sense, say for people like someself in South Africa and want to write program from IDE Visual Studio, does the compliar will have such e.g Sesotho, Tswana, Isizulu? or what are those sites if i had to refer for understanding?

obviously there are thousands of websites where they teach programming in their native language , but remember only the language of teaching is non-english but you can not change a language itself to for example if i teach C# is a typesafe language , then in hindi i will write " C# ek type safe bhasa hai " but i can not change it's keywords like List will be List always cause the comiplar is based on English only , if you want to convert a language completely to a different language then you will have to create a compilar for that in your own language which is nearest to impossible. otherwise there are number of translation api you could use to teach.
