i open this file as i was playing a fifa game: TPTB.4.EVER.exe. there after my lappy screen to graphbook kind of and went off. when i switch on my laptop it cant get to welcome screen,
please help.

You could try to boot into safe mode. Remove any media from the drives and remove any USB drives, restart the computer and press/hold F8. Then start in Safe Mode. If you get that far then disable TPTB (I think it shows as a service), uninstall the pirated game, then reboot normally.
