1- what is Prerequisite C# language (for make easier learning)

2- i know php and i can write program with php, would this help me for learn faster C# ?

You know PHP that is good. You have programming skills.
You can learn C# easily and faster. The prerequisites of C# language is you should have basic programming skills. This will helps.

First you want to know the concepts of oops and Asp.net arechiture .Basically you are familiar with PHP so you can easily learn.
