list all the tables in the list box

i'm using the odbc connection.most of the examples shown in the internet are using the oleconnection.I really have no idea of listing the tables from my database (*.mdb)to the listbox. i've tried the one that u gave me but still i don't know on how to do it..

for each datarow in your dataset -listbox.items.add(datarow.item(x).text) next or something along those lines
