ListBox Multiple Selection Mode Extended

Hi, i have a nice question about faking to c# that ControlKey is pressed, like i wanna have the behavior of the ListBox with SelectionMode Multiple Extended as if the ControlKey is pressed without to explicity have to pressing it. Thanks for the help Greetings Nick
