Livelock is something different. Here it is not one thread wait for other. Say for example two person tries to fill two bucket of water with a hand held pipes, keeping in mind that one person should fill only one bucket. The livelock is like this, both person trying to fill bucket one (Oh sorry) then they both switch to bucket2(Again, Oh Sorry) then comeback to bucket1 (Again, My God Sorry)......... not filling even single drop of water
