Login always return SignInStatus.RequiresVerification

Good day.

please am having an issue with my login action in MVC, using Identtity 2.0. When TwoFactor is enable the SignInManager.PasswordSignInAsync() always returns SignInStatus.RequiresVerification even after several times of entering verification code.

please how can l stop this or make sure the TwoFactor verification code is persisted to the database?.

Hi,

This is known issue with Identity 2.0. and Resolved in Identity 3.0

Thansk for the quick response.

Actually am not having problem with implementing twofactor. I have implemented that already but it keep on asking me for verification code every time a user in login in.

Can't I verify the code for once?
