Well... First of all, you worked in a different domain of development. You should start from the skills (a little bit) you have in respective field. If you want to grow in development field, First set your goal and know your skills set you have then find the basic level tutorial of front-end, back-end programming (like C#) and then database (like SQL) to store and maintain your information. Once you have decided you initial then go towards intermediate and then advance level to achive your goal. Good Luck.
