Make a custom button in all Sharepoint sites

Recently i created a custom button in Sharepoint that triggers a javascript function to show the permission level of the current logged in user. I tried this in a test site and it is working fine.

 

Now i want that custom button in all my sharepoint sites. Is there any way to make this button default to all sharepoint sites.
