Can I do the following? I have a master page that has 4 content panels on it. When I load the default.aspx page (1 content paenel) I want the master page to load the other 3 content panels. The 3 panels contain a search box, login box, and a nav bar. Can I do this and if so how?

After creating your master page with whatever number of added content panels, when you add web pages to the project, select the master page you want to use with that page and it will dump the content panels into the added page. Just put your content into the appropriate content panels.
