iam looking to study for mcse 2003 exams and came across certarea.com . please let me know how good are their products for mcse 2003 exams . any input will be greatly appreciated

I would say dont use any dumps, this is one of way cheating yourself. Go thru books prescribed by the Microsoft and go for the exam.
