MDI Child form shows behind forms constols - Please HELP!!

Question

Hello,
I build an MDI child form.  When displayed, it is shown as expected indise and on top of the main container form, but UNDER the main form's controls.
I'v built it in accordance with MS instructions, and despite some nice friends on this form that tried to help me, I still can not get it to work.
If you experienced similar, please see the attached sample project and  screen shots.
