No, The Fundamentals role-based certifications (like Azure Fundamentals) have a lifetime certification validity. So does not require renewal.

As per Microsoft Learn FAQ section: Renewal does not apply to fundamentals certifications as they do not expire.

No renewal required for any of the Microsoft azure fundamental exams.
