Microsoft Expression Blend 2 File Opening Problem

i have installed for silverlight silverlight4_sdk, silverlight4_developer and silverlight4_Tools and i make an appliction demo of silverlight and whenever i open the main.xaml file in Microsoft Expression Blend 2 it is not opening i dono tcan any one help me and i refer this video......
