Microsoft Forms

Hi , I wanted to create a Microsoft Form for onbarding business activity, where the data would be saved into a Sharepoint list. If user wants to submit second request which is similar to his first request which was already submitted, Can we give a duplicate option so that all existing data will pull and user will make changes and submit the 2nd request.

 

Can you please advise.
