generate files automatically after certain period as follow Doc.0 Doc.1 Doc.2 Doc.3 Doc.4
but Doc.ns file never regenerate like above file

If you want to control the behavior of files generation i think it's there in Configuration settings:
http://docs.mongodb.org/manual/reference/configuration-options/
