monodroid works only with emulator

hi

am using the monodroid on the visual studio, i have the trial. i install my HTC on the pc ion order to be able to use my phone as an emulator. but the problem is that because am using an evaluation am not able to use my htc. is there any option that i can pass that step?
am using monodroid with visual studio
am a student i don't have the ability to get the full version,is there a way to pass that?
