In this scenario we created 2 resource file English and Arabic and Assign Resource value using cookies
while selecting Arabic language nothing happen . Only changed Datetime .
If we are selected arbic resource file first. that will be show in arabic after we change to english nothing happen
please tell me to resolve this issues. what are the another requirment for change languages
