To pass multiple parameters using query string you can use below syntax,
http:////?field1=param1&field2=param2&field3=param3 and so on
your query string will start after url preceded by ? and followed by fieldName= ParameterValue which you need to pass to your code

Use like this

Send multiple parameters using querystring -
protected void btnSend_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
Response.Redirect("Default.aspx?UserId="+txtUserId.Text+"&UserName="+txtUserName.Text);
}
Get parameters using querystring -
protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
if(!IsPostBack)
{
lblUserId.Text = Request.QueryString["UserId"];
lblUserName.Text = Request.QueryString["UserName"];
}
}
