MVC and Bootsratp

Good day first Bootstrap and angular js are not mandatory please assume those are good tools so in case if you are looking for a good responsive design than you should use Bootstrap and regarding angular in asp.net mvc you can work with or without angular , its depend on your requirement but most of the customer using angular in those days , their are many tutorial available on internet so you should work at your end first for learning.
