mvc interanet application with multiple target DBs

hi there

i am working in mvc 3 , i have got an assignment of developing an interanet application with multiple target databese..

for example the application should be capable to comminicate with oracle or sqlserver (either one of them at a time)..

please any help in this regard

i have heard of nhibernate and other things too but cant find a good guide how to start..
