My ASP .NET project is not loading

Tried that but it didn't work

Close visual studio then delete Temporary files.

This is the error Message have also itried running it in Adminstrator mode still same error in my two system. The missing dll file is in the project folder but it does not see the file on build

Hi. It's saying that dll is missing. So can you please check that dll.First you clean and rebuild your solution and check if there is any error. One more thing what I noticed is when you run the project then give full url in browser like localhost:17505/login.aspx and please put a debugger in your startup page and check. Thanks.
