I have posted three blogs on 6 july 2016 but still the status of blogs shows under review.

Is there any criteria for publishing the blogs?

Under-review means make some patience until your blog will publish.

It is under review means C# corner team is looking your blogs. They are validating blogs with their criteria, policy and rules to approve it. So it is taking time.
Just have patience to go it live..
