Navigating to form pages without changing address bar

Hi,

I am creating a survey with multiple pages in it. When user clicks on Survey URL, internally its accessing different aspx page which has code for navigating to multiple pages of Survey.

When user lands on 1st page the address bar shows parent page URL which is correct, as soon as user clicks on next button it shows URL of the page on which code is wriiten. I want to keep the parent page URL through out the surey.

How do i achieve this?

When I tried changing the url from https://www.c-sharpcorner.com/ to http://www.google.com

its not working. :(

What cud be the reason?

Yes.Debug the code. Its working fine. No error or exception. Also when I write response in a console, the output is what I have expected. But some what its not rendering same on browser. :(

sorry i will check my side its working fine. may be reason for middle content not display due to session or bad query string formation

can you check and debug code behind all are working....

Implementated the solution suggested by you. But still no luck. I tried writing response. Response shows me the expected result but output not shown in browser.
Is there any work around?

Thanks Gowtham Ramar.

I have tried your solution. To some extend I have achieved my goal. But its giving error for .load() method.
"Synchronous XMLHttpRequest on the main thread is deprecated because of its detrimental effects to the end user's experience."

This is the error. What should I do now?
