Need Help....

Hi to everyone.. I need help regarding "Sleeping barbers Simulation", "Dining Philosophers' Problem" and Cigarette Somkers' Problem". I want to simulate them all but I don't know how to do animation with C#. (my teacher wants it to be done with c#, that's why)... Please do help me.. thanks in advance..
