Need some help from your end

Question

Dear Sir,

1) Actually i want to create tabs in a page like website tabs in that i have some doubts among which is the better way i listed my ideas

i)Put different buttons for the different tab names after clicking the button i redirect to specific pages.

ii) Putting tab contest in different tabs in different

and giving different id's to the div.  and using jquery i just show hide the functions.

iii) And i heard somewhere that is by creating multiview but i don't know how to use and how it is working.

 

2) after user logged in successfully i store the username in session. but i don't know how to use this name in entire project, i am using the session[username] while insert a data i facing 1 error like Object reference is not initialized i.e something like nullexception,any body help me out to solve this problem.

 

3)i did with crud operation in that i am getting the gridview data, but while editing the data id of the row is result with null so edit ,update and delete functions is not working anybody please help me out in this part.

3)and also i want export excel function and pdf file and how to design pdf for the user requirement in pdf format.
