You can start with programming sites available on internet. Even if you read articles available on c# corner you will get basic idea about C# programming and basic concepts of c# programming. Also you can search for books on internet for beginners.

U can also google to get many other similar articles which will help you to learn more in detail.
once u learn OOP using Cosole application .Then you can select any one as WEB,Mobile or Winform.
If you want to learn Web applicaiton then start learning ASP.NET with C#
