android studio emulator: process finished with exit code -1073740966 (0xc000035a)

No USB Devices or running emulators are detected

i am getting error while running android app in android studio, what is the solution ?

i have gone to bios configuration enabled VT-x i.e. intel virtualization,

i have executed adb kill-server and adb start-server

but still it is not working

to get the idea of the error,
