I want code for below scenario..... add new data in form 1 . mannualy open form2 get a notification or message box else any one alert you get new message .

As Piyush mentioned, you can use MessageBox to show the message dialog.
MessageBox.Show("Your Message");
However, part of solution also depends on when you want to actually display the message box.

Case 1 : Before/While the Form2 Loads

You can call the message in the Form_Load Event.
private void Form2_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)

{

MessageBox.Show("Your Message");

}

Please note that in this approach, Form2 hasn't been displayed yet. Messagebox would be displayed first, and only after you close it, the actual Form2 would be displayed.

Case 2: After the Form2 is displayed (without any additional click event in Form2)

If you want to display the Messagebox after Form2 has been diplayed, you can make use of the Shown Event.

private void Form2_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)

{

this.Shown += (s, eventArg) => MessageBox.Show("Message");

}

Simply you can open message box.
string message = "Test MessageBox";
MessageBox.Show(message);
