OCR how to read numbers?

I would like to read numbers from an image. I would be glad if you can guide me.

I agree with Manoj Bhoir, the best OCR tool is google tesseract, it can recognize numbers in images. and i find a free online ocr(http://www.online-code.net/ocr.html) using tesseract 3.02, you can have a try.

If you have a simple clear images with good quality and you only want limited OCR functionality, Manoj’s suggestion is probably a good suggestion. However, from my experience with OCR, most images are missy and require image processing to be applied on the image to get better OCR results, so you should be prepared for that. One option I can suggest that worked for me was using leadtools OCR engine. They have an article with an example here:
