Onclick button I want to display the text

Question

I have one button. Onclick button I want to display as shown below.

 

click one    Table 1 Some text.

 

click two     Table 2 some text

 

click three   Table 3 some text.

 

I want to display "Table 1 Some text."  in middile of the word. each click function it should increment the numner to 1,2,3 so on.

 

Please help me. send me c# code for this
