Opacity of datagrid

Question

I am trying to set the opacity of datagrid so that the label behind it act as a watermark. but datagrid don't have the opacity property. Plz help me. thanks & regards.

Unlike WPF, Windows Forms controls do not have Opacity property. Here is an article that may help you figure out this problem. Making Transparent Control using GDI+ and C# (Updated to NET 3.5)
