Can an open source software license be reverted to a propietary license? During which changes to the source code are kept secret, whilst the community has a different version.

Accepted answer
you can make changes in open source software, but you cannot sell or promote the changes done. Only you can use or for your firm you can use. Cannot Sell it as your new software.
