I need To connect to Oracle Database form wcf ,Tell Me which is the Best and efficient way to connect to oracle ?

sorry i think i have posted wrongly .. it is
how to connect Oracle Database from Wcf ...? is there is any built in option
for connecting to oracle database from wcf ( i think using Linq to Entity its possible other than that there is any other option )..or is there is any other good third party controls is available ?..
