Package Manager Console not found in Tools menu in vs 2010

I am not getting Package Manager Console in Tools menu?? I am using Visual Studio 2010 .

Anyone please suggest how to install NuGet package manager through package manager console .

Go to Solution Explorer->Right Click on Project Name -> Click on Package Manager Console then run below command .

Install-Package Newtonsoft.Json EventsAPI 7.0.1

You can install it via Tools -> Extension and updates -> search for nuget
