Pagination without using jquery

Question

Hi team, I am working on pagination while executing 20k records the page is loading 20k records and then pagination is working from Jquery Ui. But how can execute when i click on the page number it should hit to db and i need to get records. Can please help me out. Thanks in advance.

Hi sankeerth, I think you have a jquery gridview and you need some override functionality. Please check in your gridview generic function, hopefully it may be provide. you need the page number and page size. SQL query SELECT col1, col2, ... FROM ... WHERE ... ORDER BY -- this is a MUST there must be ORDER BY statement -- the paging comes here OFFSET 10 ROWS -- skip 10 rows FETCH NEXT 10 ROWS ONLY ; -- take 10 rows I hope you got the idea, how can achive this.
