Panel in web forms

Hello to everybody.
My probles is using panel control in web forms.
When I put this one in my web form, controls that i put on the panel are static, i can´t change the position in the panel. How can i change the position??

When using panel in web forms the controls inside the panel are disposed in FlowLayout mode, which means you have to do formatting using some tables, BTW, this is the best way to develop a web form, if you use gridlayout mode to put the controls on the page, they will have absolute positions, and if you change screen resolution they might look messed.

Using Flowlayout you use relative positioning, and the page looks better on a variety of resolutions.
