Pdf creation without libraries

I wanna know to create formatted pdf including images (e.g a student application form ) in windows application under C# without any libraries. Any one plz help me...

It must be time-consuming if you do not use a third-party library. I would suggest that you try open source libraries or free libraries to do this job. You may use free spire.doc to create PDF document based on a pre-desgined word document. Here is an example for your reference.

It is better to use 3rd party libraries like itextsharp etc which gives some enhanced features.
