I am using Thunderbird since last 7 years. Till now, I have about 5000+ mails in mailbox so can’t quit this application without the backup of the existing emails.

If you want to move from Thunderbird to Outlook or someone else is thinking to migrate from Mozilla Thunderbird to any version of MS Outlook then I would like to say that there are so many solutions to perform this task. I am not quite sure for all solutions but I can suggest you some advanced solutions such as:
1- MailsSoftware Thunderbird to Outlook converter
2- QuickMigrations for Thunderbird to Outlook
You can get anyone third-party software at low cost. For more information, you can do Google them.

You can also try Stellar MBOX to PST converter as an alternative. Its demo version is free for end users. It also supports latest Outlook 2016 version.
