i know Ipad (iOS) does not support Adobe Flash but what else we can do to achieve my work

Ipad (iOS) does not support Adobe Flash - hence you will not be able to play '.swf' files in iPAd. it is the platform restriction as apple will not support installing adobe flash on your ipad.
