playing windows from an ftp server without complete downloading

Hi All,

In my application we uploaded the videos into an ftp server from an windows application, and we have to play those videos in the windows application. to play these videos in the windows application we have to completely download those videos and then only we have to start playing those videos and this is some what late process and it takes lot of time to play videos.

so is there any way to play an video without downloading complete one to our local system.

for the above one is there any alternative by using the buffering concept

we have to play videos. like youtube and other videos.
