In C# we are provided with a large set of classes where we can maintain our data same as database. Like DataSet, DataTable, DataView etc.

Yes just create a list of object and hardcode some data and bind that list to your datagridview.
Or button click add the value of that textbox to list store that list to any temporary location. That's it
