Possible to reset itunes backup password via C#?

Question

I worked at Apple Retail store for a while and saw a lot of people coming there for reseting iTunes backup password. Actually, Apple can't do nothing about it. It is a matter of personal staff. I started learning C# to develop a program to help people recover the password (sample ones). I am stuck on iTunes access. Any one know a third party api to access iTunes on Windows? thanks
