Did you work on Web or Windows Development.

Web means you should have knowledge of ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, web api's, jquery, javascript.

Windows means wpf, winforms, core windows development.

Which language your worked on C# or VB.

For 2 years,

OOPS concept is must. Should have basic knowledge with good examples to explain them.
