Preparing Xml,Saving data using xml

C# supports many classes to convert dataset to XML and SQL server now has XML data type too. So your stored procedure can define it. I would recommend sending data in json format, which is now more universal.

You can use DataTable.WriteXml(....) to save all the table to xml file
