Problem To create E-Cart By Cookies

Nothing show in view_cart.aspx page after click view cart button what should i do?

Hi ,
please try this code:
HttpCookie cookieCart = null;
if (HttpContext.Current.Request.Cookies["shoppingcart"] == null)
{
Instance = new ShoppingCart();
Instance.Items = new List();
cookieCart = new HttpCookie("shoppingcart");
cookieCart .Values["1"] = Instance.ToString();
HttpContext.Current.Response.Cookies.Add(cookieCart);
}
else
{
Instance = HttpContext.Current.Request.Cookies["shoppingcart"];
cookieCart.Values["1"] = Instance.ToString();
HttpContext.Current.Response.Cookies.Add(cookieCart);

where are you exactly creating your cookie
first create a Cookie and then
Add it to Response's cookies collection then
Retrieve it from Request cookies collection
var cookie = new HttpCookie("ut");
    cookie.Value = Your Value;
    cookie.Expires = DateTime.Now.AddHours(12);
    cookie.Secure = false;
    Response.Cookies.Add(cookie);


Then as you are doing
s = Convert.ToString(Request.Cookies["ut"].Value);
