Problem with CSC.EXE

Hello everyone. I have a problem with my c#(csc) compiler. It suddenly stopped working on CMD even though the complete .NET Framework and MSBuild paths are included in my system. In CMD(admin). It will state CS2008: Cannot write message to cscui.dll. I'm getting angry. What should I do?

The error message says that no source code was passed to the compiler, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/csharp/misc/cs2008. So it is not clear as to what is the problem here--maybe this dll of yours is expecting the source code, but is not getting.
Can you please show the code that you are using?

It now works. Only after I wrote a small program to test it then the system recognise it. Thanks
