Hi i am developer having 3 exp in c# ,ASP,VB.NET,WINFORM , i getting lot of calls for production support/application support profile what is it exactly?

Does it have any future please help me

See in our field we always want to learn. learning is always be good. and after working on support for you door will open for support as well as for development.

Hello Rohit,
Production support profile is good if you are getting work like debugging code,writing/modifyingSQL queries or enhancements. but if you are getting work like service restart or functional support kind of things then your life will become hell.
plus point is you will get shift allowance(extra income :p ) if you are working in shift.
In Indian IT industries, most of the companies are proving service to client. means you are providing support to client. so you will get project easily ;). you will never get bench and release as well from the project.
There is one certification useful in production support. It is ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
so at last, future is depending on project.

what about future scope ? if in future i want back to development then will they consider that experience please sir need your valuable suggestion

Yes production support is good. There is really lot's of things to learn. How to resolve the tickets. and how to trace the problem and many more.
